Once in Belgium I went to an amazing Greek restaurant. What does it have with the salad dressing you do that you can ask? I firmly believe in the power of smells and flavors strengthens memories. Every time I eat Greek food, I remember the delicious Greek restaurant and the good times I had traveling to Belgium.
These are memories that I don't want to remember often, so I've tried to recreate the dishes I had in that restaurant. This tangy Greek salad dressing is one of those creations. That night I had an incredibly green salad with fishing olive, feta cheese, tomato, throat, sheep, chicken and this form of wine. I also had some roasted vegetables as side dishes that had similar Mediterranean flavors.
This bond uses simple ingredients for a high quality taste! The pungent taste of the ground garlic, the smoothness of olive oil and the acidity of red wine vinegar blend together in a perfect Greek sauce. Much better than the store bought!

Combine all the ingredients in a small masonry jar with the lid.

I love doing this as a marinade or at the tip of the salads or in fresh or roasted vegetables. It is also a great marinat for cucumber and redopul salad.
