Raspberry Wine Salad Sauce Book Recipe
Raspberries are one of my favorite fruits. I love adding fresh raspberries to salads and usually eating them for nightmares. We often buy fresh raspberries in bulk from a local organic farmer when they are during the season and freeze them for the rest of the year.
Frozen raspberries are an enjoyable snack alone, but we use them mainly in pops and in this homemade raspberry wine grts.
Homemade Raspberry Wine Salad Sauce
Nothing beats the fresh natural taste of red raspberries with a small acidic vinegar and a touch of sweetness from raw honey. It is definitely better than purchased versions of the store with soybean bean and grape oil and corn syrup on the potassium sorbate side! I prefer this fresh version instead and often whip a lot for lunch salad.
It is, of course, dairy products and gluten -free and low sugars. Some homemade raspberry winery starts at the raspberry gland, but I have found myself still catching up with the fruit. In addition, sweetness management is easier by passing cleaned sugar.
Vinaigrette components
As the name suggests, the most important ingredients are raspberries and vinegar. You can use any vinegar in this recipe, but I prefer white wine vinegar or coconut water vinegar. I've also used Kombucha before and it gives you a great taste. As I followed the autoimmune diet, I used coconut water vinegar or kombucha instead of white wine vinegar.
Red wine, apple cider vinegar or even lemon juice works. Instead, use balsamic vinegar in the Rasperry Balm Vinaiigrette version. It gives it a deep, rich taste of the grape musk.
Not just with salads …
Although raspberry Vinaigrette is a classic salad dressing, it can also be used in many other ways. It makes excellent marinade for meat, especially red meat or drops roasted vegetables or potatoes.
