ICED Turmerr lemonade recipe
[ad_1]
Turmeric is a gorgeous spice with so many benefits. I love it in cooking, in scenic recipes, and especially in this refreshing lemonade! We keep this Kurkuma lumberjade recipe with a solemn drink for a summer grill, park picnic and friends just stopping.
Easy turmeric lemonade
We mostly know turmeric on Indian kitchen and curry powders, mustard and other cornerstone. Unfortunately, many I love adding turmeric, such as soups, stews and warm gold milk, do not sound so good in the hot summer.
This turmeric recipe is an ideal solution and a family favorite. I have often done it for kids so they can get back again as they play outdoors and spend days on the beach. It’s incredibly easy to make and tastes good!
The turmeric offers a great color, but its earthy taste is mainly hidden in the lemon bar. I like to use liquid stevia to sweeten this, even though all natural sweeteners work. Honey or maple syrup are delicious alternatives!
The benefits of turmeric
So why is turmeric so big? Health experts often recommend turmeric as a way to help lower your body’s inflammation. Thousands of studies show its benefits in promoting heart health, mental health, reducing inflammation and ensuring balanced blood sugar. Turmeric also supports digestion, liver function and is also high in useful antioxidants.
You will also find turmeric on many of my beauty recipes and natural health methods thanks to its external interests. Turmeric can heal the skin, whiten teeth and even soothe the rashes when added to the grave. See this post for a complete list of turmeric benefits and use.
One of my favorite ways to get your daily dose of turmeric is this easy, super -food lemonade.

- If you do not consume all this at once, make a smaller installment by cutting the recipe half or even fourth. I prefer stevia to keep the sugar content down, but any natural sweetener, such as maple syrup or honey, work well in this recipe.
- Warning: Turmeric makes stain surfaces.

- Add a few thin slices of fresh ginger before mixing
- Use a pinch of sea salt for fluid
- Use coconut water instead of ordinary water for electrolytes
- Try adding sparkling wine after mixing to Fizzy version
- Use lime juice instead of lemon or orange juice (use 1 cup of orange juice and reduce water with 1/2 cup).
Turmeric lemonade faq
Why drink right away?
The turmeric tends to settle, and fresh lemon juice can oxidize over time. The crushed ice also melts quickly, diluting the taste and changing the texture. The best taste and benefits will enjoy right away.
How to save it
If you need to do this, store the lemonade in airtight container in the refrigerator and shake or mix well before drinking. It is best consumed within 24 hours.
How much sweetener is used?
Adjust the sweetener to taste. Start a little and add your preference or lemon oxygen as needed.
